At Sean Kerrigan Glass, every piece is thoroughly inspected for flaws and imperfections before leaving the studios, as quality and customer satisfaction are my top priorities. While online sales are final, I understand that issues may arise, and exchanges can e considered if a client is unhappy with their purchase. In the rare case a piece is damaged during shipping it will be replaced, but shipping costs are not included in exchanges. Remakes are possible but seldom needed due to the careful attention given to each order.
